We offer a variety of payment choices. We do ask that all
treatment fees be paid at the time of service. We do offer
longer term financing with Capital One Healthcare Services and
with Care Credit. You can access their site directly below or we
can fill out your application right in the office while you wait.

Dental Insurance:

Our office will electronically transmit your procedures to your
insurance carrier but we may not accept the insurance
assignment. We require you make your payments in full at the
time of services.
